I took these in February 2007 on our way to Thingvellir, it was freezing! I should be used to I guess - seeing that Iceland is my childhood home!

- Emilie Fjola Sandy (b.1980) graduated from St Martins in 2003. Based in London since 2000 she is now a freelance photographer specialising in portraiture. She began working as a professional photographer in 2005 and formed her company in September 2007. She works across several fields including music, publishing, advertising and fashion. Emilie has two cats called Charlie and Gracie and likes buying scarves, doing yoga and relaxing back home in the Cotswolds.
